Shipping is via the US Post Office first class mail or priority mail, usually
depending on the weight of the order. Orders go out from three to seven business
days, Monday through Friday, from the day after we receive your order.

All of our life sized dress forms are shipped from
the manufacturer. We receive a tracking reference number
once they receive your order, however, this is not a
notice of shipment. This let's us know that your order
is being processed. In many cases, you may receive your
life sized dress form before the manufacturer gives us a
tracking number.
Please note that
the rush order fee puts your order ahead of the rest of
our orders but it DOES
NOT PAY for express shipping.
If you need your dress form really fast, we have to
charge for express shipping which is a lot of money. In
addition, if a dress form is on backorder, it will take
from 3 - 4 weeks to be shipped from the manufacturer.
Please realize that it will take another week or so for
you to receive it.

BODY DISPLAYS. SHIPPING SCHEDULES ARE NOTED ON EACH
EXCEPTION,Monday through Friday, beginning with the
day after we receive your order.
Orders received after 4:30 pm EST are processed from the
second day after your order has been placed.
Rush orders are available for a $15.00 fee.
This fee does not pay for express shipping. It gets your
order put ahead of non-rush orders. You must email us immediately if you
want a rush order and we will send you a bill for $15.00 (if you're using
PayPal) plus the additional
express mail charges if you want your order to go via express mail.
Rush orders go out two
to three business days from the day
after we receive your order. We are in the southeast. Any orders that come
in after 4:30 PM EST are not seen until the next day. The policy
for shipping begins on the following day.
For example, if you place your order on Monday at 8:00 pm, your
order is processed anywhere from WEDNESDAY on. No exceptions. It
is up to you to place your orders in a timely manner according to
your time schedule.
NOTE! If you cannot complete your order via our credit card
processor, please contact us and pay the invoice we will send you.
You will receive an email explaining how to pay for your order.
You can still use your credit card.
Your order will be shipped via Priority Mail and you will receive a tracking
number once your label is generated.

tracking number information.
Information for
international orders: we only ship in the USA but sometimes make exceptions,
depending on the product and the weight of the shipment. Please contact us for
the correct shipping and handling for your order if you happen to place it while
we have international payments enabled for one of our other international

Shipping Information
If you pay with PayPal and your order is over $250.00 and the
shipping you were charged via PayPal is less than the shipping
due, you are responsible to pay the
invoice we send to cover your shipping before your order goes
out.
Occasionally, we run out of stock of a particular product. We
will notify you if there will be a delay in shipping your
order.

If you request that your order be shipped
sooner than our shipping policy, that is considered a rush order
which is $15.00 plus the additional Express

Rush orders are shipped the next business day after we receive your

your order. Same day shipping is NOT available.

order may take up to two business days to be shipped, from the day

Shipping costs include packing materials and

lost or damaged packages:
All sales are final. Merchandise
is not returnable, including JEWELRY DISPLAYS INCLUDING
FACES, HANDS AND JEWELRY DISPLAY DRESS FORMS. No exchanges, returns or
refunds. If the wrong product was shipped, please
email us within THREE days of receipt of your package. We
will ship the correct product as soon as we receive the return, provided that the
product is returned in saleable condition including
all unmarked packing materials and that the item is not marked, changed or damaged in any
way.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
Under rare circumstances and upon our discretion, we may issue
a return authorization.
For returns authorized at our discretion: No returns without prior written
authorization via email.
Please send e-mail with your order
reference number located in the email you received confirming your
order.
Authorized product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You are
required to insure your package for the full amount of the order. Lost or
damaged packages will be your responsibility if shipped without insurance.
Shipping and handling to, or from us are not refunded.
Return instructions must be followed as
directed.
Unauthorized returns will be discarded. If we notice it, it is subject to a 25%
processing fee, a 15% restocking fee and a $25.00 administrative charge. The
refund, if any, will be processed as our lowest priority. We cannot
take time away from our valued customers. No
exceptions.
Bulk ordersare not refundable
under any circumstances.
A bulk order is when you order four (4) or more of the same
product including different styles of the same product. If you
are unsure of the usability of a product, it is your
responsibility to order just one of the item first and then
place your bulk order. This is mainly because we usually have
to special order the products to get larger amounts in.
Lost or damaged packages: United States Post Office: Damaged Package:
Should a package sent via the United States Post Office arrive damaged,
please show it to the driver, letter carrier or your local
post office immediately and fill out a claim form. You must
bring the package in its entirety to the post office. That
includes the product, the box and the packing materials. The
post office requires that the recipient initiate the claim.
As soon as we receive the Filled Out Claim Form, we will
complete our section of the Claim Form and send you a
replacement. No additional shipping and handling charges
will be assessed for damaged exchanges. No replacements
without proof of damage via a Postal Claim Form.
Missing Package: If you never received your package, you must adhere
strictly to the rules of the US Postal Service website. Read them
completely. Those rules are clearly defined here:

An excerpt from the above website states:
"For unnumbered insured items and items insured online for $50 or less:
If the article was never delivered, a written and signed document from
the addressee (such as a letter) dated at least 21 days from the date of
mailing (15 days for Registered Mail), that states the addressee did not
receive the article. The statement, or a copy of it, must be attached to the
claim."
You are required to mail us the signed and dated document as described above,
postmarked on or after the correct date, which is at least 21 days from the
date your package was shipped. You will find that date in the notice of
shipment email that we send to all of our customers when an order is shipped.
For UPS and FEDEX Returns:
When a delivery attempt is being made, if your package is in
any way visibly damaged (bent, torn, crushed), please refuse
the package immediately and note the type of damage on the
delivery bill. Have the UPS or FEDEX driver sign it,
acknowledging the damage and keep your receipt. Email us
immediately to let us know your package was damaged in
transit. A claim will be filed on your behalf and your
merchandise will be replaced. Damaged shipments should be
reported within 5 days of receipt. No replacements without
proof of damage.
Important Notes!
Incorrect addresses showing up in your order receipt must be corrected
via email to us immediately. If your order has been shipped before you
email us, you may either contact someone at that location to receive
the package for you or, at your expense, when the package is returned
to us, we will ship it back out again after shipping and handling has
been paid for via the invoice we email you.
Please keep track of your
package until you receive it. We suggest that you leave a note for the
delivery service, whether it is the United States Post Office, UPS or FedEx as
to where, or with whom, to leave your package if you are not available. If a
package is returned to us as "undeliverable", we will have to charge you to ship
it back again. Please see Tracking
information, below. It is your responsibility to track your own packages.
Tracking and Delivery of Packages:
You can track U.S. Postal Service® shipments by selecting the tracking link in
your PayPal account.
Please note that after your order has shipped, it may take
from 24 to 48 hours or longer for the carrier to update its tracking
information. All orders require that someone be available to accept delivery of
your package. When UPS or USPS declares that a package has been "Delivered", any
packages that have been left for you and appear to be missing are your
responsibility. If you believe your package has not arrived when
it states on the shipper's website that it has been delivered, you are
responsible for locating it. This
